Trailer: The Boys Are Back

Shine director Scott Hicks looks like he may have another moving film on his hands with "The Boys Are Back". The first trailer for the Clive Owen drama hit the net this week I have it here for you below. The film follows a sarcastic sports writer who after tragic events becomes a single father and must learn to cope with his new situation. Clive Owen looks to deliver a touching performance, one that could be a nice change to his typical castings of late. The two kids in the film played by George MacKay and Tommy Bastow both look to deliver solid performances as well. "The Boys Are Back" is based off a novel by Simon Carr and written by Allan Cubitt.
