Myers A Small Bastard?

QTA is reporting that none other than Mike Myers has been offered a small role in QT's Inglorious Bastards! No word on who exactly Myers will play (could he be Hitler?), other than he is replacing Adam Sandler, who is unavailable for the role because of scheduling conflicts with the new Judd Apatow film he'll be working on. Myers recently had the biggest flop of his career with Love Guru (read my review here) and could be looking to revive his career a bit and Tarantino is the perfect one to do it! Robert Wagner has starred in a few films since his re-surrgence in "Jackie Brown," so has Pam Grier. Tarantino also has casted Nastassja Kinski in Inglorious Bastards, who hasn't starred in a major role in the U.S. for close to ten years. BJ Novack, Simon Pegg, Eli Roth, David Krumholtz, and Brad Pitt round out the rest of the cast so far. At this point this is a huge rumor, but I would not put it past Tarantino, especially with all of the other comedians in the film!

Thoughts on Myers in Inglorious Bastards? Could a small role in QT's flick help Myers? Joblo is reporting that Myers will play British officer Ed Fenech (time will tell, I'm hoping Hitler).
