A-Team Wants a Prawn?

This report can be stacked in the rumor zone for now, but it appears that Joe Carnahan and 20th Century Fox are targeting Sharlto Copley to play the final uncasted memeber of the A-Team, Capt. H.M. 'Howling Mad' Murdock. "The A-Team" is scheduled to begin shooting this month in Vancouver for 6 weeks, so the clock is definitely working against Fox and Carnahan. Copley is a general newcomer to American audiences, but was last seen in this year's "District 9" playing Wikus Van De Merwe. The South African actor definitely has the look and abilities to play Murdock, but would he be able to utilize an American accent for the role. Until a real confirmation comes from either Fox or Copley this one again, stays in the rumor department. More news on "The A-Team" as it develops...
