Killshot One-Sheet

American Film Market was last week and courtesy of Coming Soon I got a one sheet of Killshot. Killshot has been around since around 2006 sitting on the shelf. It was set to release late this year and the Weinstein Company decided to bump it to next year for crowding reasons. Killshot stars Mickey Rourke, Diane Lane, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rosario Dawson and Thomas Jane. The story follows beautiful Carmen Colson (Lane) and her ironworker husband Wayne (Jane) are placed in the Federal Witness Protection program after witnessing an "incident". Thinking they are at last safe, they are targeted by an experienced hit man (Rourke) and a psychopathic young upstart killer (Gordon-Levitt). The ensuing struggle will test Carmen to the limit. Killshot is directed John Madden (Shakespeare in Love) and releases January 23rd. Checkout the one-sheet below....


The Weinstein's felt Rourke's Oscar buzz for The Wrestler would be great promoting for the late January release. Will Rourke have a strong come back or just another flash in the pan? How great is the cast for the film?
