Duncan Jones has recently wrapped filming of his newest film starring Sam Rockwell, "Moon" and courtesy of Bloody Disgusting I have some exclusive photos from the film for you to gander at. "Moon" follows Sam Bell (Sam Rockwell) who is a Helium 3 miner and has been on contract alone for three years working for the space company LUNAR on the Moon Selene. The gas Bell mines for holds the key in reversing Earth's energy crisis. Bell's time on the Moon has been enlightening and uneventful, although two weeks before his return to Earth, Sam begins seeing and hearing things along with a strange feeling coming over him that he is not alone. Sam Bell realizes that LUNAR has their own plans for replacing him and the new recruit is extremely familiar.
"Moon" is directed by Duncan Jones who co-wrote the screenplay with Nathan Parker. Adding to the enjoyment, Clint Mansell (Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain) is doing the score for the film. Kevin Spacey also stars alongside Sam Rockwell, but it appears Spacey only recorded voice-track as he may be playing a Hal-esque robot that runs the ship Sam Bell is isolated in. Checkout the collage of photos below and for a full report and set pics go to Bloody Disgusting

How rad does Moon look? Sam Rockwell is an amazing actor and I couldn't think of a better person to showcase stuck in space on his own for an entire film.
