Trailer: The Road

"The Road" finally has a set release date of October 16th and now a trailer to go along with it. The film was intended to release last year during Award season, however the film was pushed back for a few different reasons. "The Road" is adapted from a Cormac McCarthy novel set in post-apocalyptic United States centering around a father and his son and their struggle for survival. John Hillcoat who also directed the amazing western The Proposition, directs "The Road" and once again used Nick Cave and Warren Ellis for the score. If you have not seen The Proposition starring Guy Pearce, check it out, it is one of the better Western films to date! "The Road" stars Viggo Mortensen, Charlize Theron, Guy Pearce and Kodi Smit-McPhee as the Boy. Checkout the trailer below...
