A new international poster for "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra" has hit the net this week via Empire and I have it here for you below. The new poster is a pretty basic good versus evil theme with Cobra on top backed by fire and Joe on bottom backed by ice. The poster does give another look at Cobra Commander as the Doctor, which has been heavily debated online by true Joe fans. "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra" releases August 7th, checkout the new poster below...
