Gritty Look at 'Jonah Hex'

WB and DC have "Jonah Hex" releasing next Summer, but today I have a brand new image of Josh Brolin in the title role. Jonah Hex has always been a comic I have read casually, but the tone and overall look from what I've seen so far have got me excited for "Jonah Hex" to release June 16th, 2010. Previously we have seen set stills of Brolin in character and our first poster was revealed at Comic Con, but this is our first official solo image of Brolin in full character. "Jonah Hex" is directed by Jimmy Hayward (Horton Hears a Who) and stars Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Michael Fassbender, Will Arnett, David Patrick Kelly, Michael Shannon and Megan Fox. The comic book follows a southern Civil War veteran turned bounty hunter who is brutally scarred on the right side of his face. Jonah Hex was created by John Albano and Tony DeZuniga while Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor penned the screenplay. Stay tuned for more news on "Jonah Hex" as it breaks...
