Trailer: Fame

The first full length trailer for "Fame" has hit the net and I have it here for you below. "Fame" is a remake/update of the 1980 film and television series of the same name and follows a group of young students at a New York based Performing Arts Academy. I have always been a huge fans of musicals and stage production and was a fan of the original series and film. The update looks to have nailed the tone of the original series while updating the film to modern day. I am sure for many out there "Fame" looks like a waste of time, but I for one, am hopeful it will be an pleasant surprise in 2009. "Fame" is set for a September 25th release date and is directed by music video director Kevin Tancharoen. Checkout the trailer below...
