Paul Giamatti is one of my favorite working actors. He always seems to bring a certain flare that is downright enjoyable. Giamatti newest film releasing this year is "Cold Souls" and I have first one-sheet here for you to gander at via Cinematical. "Cold Souls" is described as a metaphysical comedy in which souls can be extracted and traded like commodities. In the film Giamatti plays an actor named Paul Giamatti, who is struggling with his current role and has thought to put some of his soul into deep freeze so he may better portray the role of Uncle Vanya. From there Giamatti's sole is taken by a no talent soap opera actress who Giamatti must confront in order to get his soul back. The film has obviously been referenced with The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Being John Malkovich, but looks to at least be an intriguing entry from newcomer writer/director Sophie Barthes.
