Terminator Salvation Trailer Hits!!

Terminator Salvation is the next sequel in the Terminator franchise directed by McG and stars Christian Bale, Anton Yelchin, Sam Worthington, and Bryce Dallas Howard and the first trailer for it has just hit the web!! Yahoo Movies has it up or you can watch it below.

McG has previously directed Charlie's Angels, Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle , and We Are Marshall. So needless to say, prior to seeing this newest trailer I was wondering how terrible it was going to be. I assumed it would be mindless fluff and absolute crap. Then the addition of Christian Bale gave me hope, that this may just turn out to be a decent film. At least be better than Terminator 3, it was absolute shit! (It completely ruined what the first two films had done. More recently The Sarah Conner Chronicles on FOX has a done a decent job, for TV, at adding to the Terminator franchise in a positive way.) All that has changed now that I have seen the trailer for Terminator Savation. Only one minute in length, it is not super long, but you get alot of good treats. Including our first look at Bale as John Connor and what might be Connor's newest pursuer. Terminator Salvation releases May 22nd 2009 and as the tagline stipulates "The End Begins!"
