Lionsgate Finds God & California

Chris Millis author of "Small Apartments" has sold the rights to his upcoming novel before its release. The newest book is called "God & California" and Lionsgate will be developing the book for a theatrical relase. Pixar is a constant stream of hits. Everything that has come out of the studio has been gold at the box office and has also equally been a good film. Variety is reporting today that Brett Ratner is further gearing up to direct Beverly Hills Cop IV with Paramount financing the film.
