"Doubt" is set at a Catholic school in the Bronx in 1964, it centers on a nun who grows suspicious when a priest begins taking too much interest in the life of a young black student. Is she being overly protective or not protective enough? And can she work within the system to discover the truth? The film stars Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Meryl Streep, and Amy Adams and is based on John Patrick Shanley’s 2005 Pulitzer Prize-winning play of the same name. The three stars all look to deliver phenominal performance that are sure to generate Oscar buzz. Doubt has a limited release beginning on December 12th.
