Punisher: War Zone is coming at us this december and IGN has a brand new lenticular poster for us to gander at. This probably the best poster for the film so far. Alot can be said about whether this film will perform or not, but my hopes remain guarded. I loved the last Punisher film sans Travolta and am weary just how good the new incarnation will be. Lexi Alexander's worth is still up in the air. Green Street Hooligans was a decent film, but we are talking about the beloved Punisher and fans deserve a quality film. There is no doubt that Punisher: War Zone will be brutal and violent. Rumors swirled that the film would get a PG13 rating but last week we got final word that Punisher: War Zone is indeed rated R, "for pervasive strong brutal violence, language and some drug use". Brutal violence doesn't necesarily mean we will get a good film though. At least in the newest film we get a real villain and not some lame mobster. Word is still out on Punisher: War Zone, but come December 5th we'll find out just how good it is. Till then check out the cool lenticular poster below...
For those of you that are saying wtf is "lenticular" here's a definition: any of the tiny corrugations or grooves molded or embossed into the surface of a projection screen. What are your thoughts on Punisher: War Zone? Yeah or Nay....
