News has been slowing seeping out on
George Miller's long awaited sequel to
Mad Max titled "
Fury Road," and today some new names have been added to the cast. See who has been added to the cast after the jump...
Reports broke today that
Nicholas Hoult along with
3 others are nearing contracts to star in "
Fury Road." Hoult who has previously been seen in last year's "
A Single Man," will play
Nux, a character that is apart of a convoy trying to escape a maniac gang. Joining Hoult are
Zoe Kravitz,
Teresa Palmer and
Adelaide Clemens.
Zoe Kravtiz will play a character named
Five Wives, while the rest of the cast's characters are being kept under wraps.
The new cast additions join
Tom Hardy playing Max and
Charlize Theron who will play the female lead. It is not known whether Theron's character will be good or bad. As previously
reported, "
Fury Road" will take place shortly after
Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome and is set to begin production this summer in
New South Whales. The sequel was written by series creator
George Miller, who will also direct on a budget nearing
$100 million.
