Trailer: Zookeeper

A film I fear not just my kids but a lot of children will be begging to see, "Zookeeper" starring Kevin James as a Dr. Doolittle-type zookeeper. This film looks to follow in the same zany shtick James is known for, look stupid, fall down, make some fat jokes and get some cheap laughs. This film looks all kinds of bad, but there's no doubt this movie will do huge numbers with the 12 year-old and under demographic. Take a look for yourself.


While the trailer is awful the film does have a decent voice cast for the animals including Sylvester Stallone, Cher, Jon Favreau and Judd Apatow. "Zookeeper" is directed by Waterboy and Click director Frank Coraci and is slated to release July 18th, 2011. Maybe their is some glimmer of hope in this sophomoric talking animals comedy? Probably not. Stay tuned for more as it breaks...
