Closing in on 'Red State'

I know many journalists, bloggers and fans of Kevin Smith have been not too happy with the long time director in recent years. He's certainly hit a skid not directing a great film we know he's capable of since Dogma. Sure Clerks 2 and Zach and Miri Make a Porno were amusing, but nothing close to his early days.
