Posters: Kick-Ass

Our first character posters for "Kick-Ass" have hit the net and I have them here for you below. The four posters show off the backside of our four main heroes in the Matthew Vaughn adaptation of Mark Millar and John Romita, Jr.'s popular comic book. The character posters feature Kick-Ass played by Aaron Johnson, Hit Girl played by Chloe Moretz, Big Daddy played by Nicolas Cage and Red Mist played by Christopher Mintz-Plasse. The four posters combine to make one large banner (pictured above). "Kick-Ass" is set for release April 16th, 2010 and has had some very positive reviews coming from recent test screenings. New 'Bad Lieutenant' Images

A film I am eagerly awaiting is Werner Herzog's "Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans" and today I have a two brand new images via Cinematical for you to gander at from the Nicolas Cage corrupt cop drama. The film is a sequel/update/remake of Abel Ferrara's 1992 film starring Harvey Keitel. The two new images gives us an idea how far gone Lieutenant Terence McDonagh has gone. "Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans" premiered at the Telluride Film Festival at the beginning of the month (to strong praise) and will screen this week at the Tornoto International Film Festival, but has yet to land a confirmed release date.
