It seems Marvel has finally made a real decision on who they want for Captain America. News just broke that Chris Evans has been offered the role of Steve Rogers. Since Disney bought up Marvel there has been a lot of scuttlebutt about what will happen to Marvel in the future. Over the last two weeks, a number of Marvel properties that have been in some form of development made headlines throughout the online community.
